Biography

Paul Thrush is a founding partner of award winning design practice STAC Architecture. His focus at STAC is to awaken the senses, invite debate, and most of all bring art and architecture together. Paul was born, educated & trained as an architect in South Africa. He now lives with his wife and two little girls in London, whilst forging a career in all things design.

Design excellence

Design excellence is the ability to find the simplest, purest answer to a given problem. It is all too easy in the design world to embellish through design, however it is more difficult to reduce, reduce again and refine in order to end up with the simplest, purest answer.
